Geneive has extensive experience in the areas of Real Estate and Intellectual Property. She regularly advises property developers in the acquisition and disposal of land / properties. She also advises companies on registration relating to various IP rights covering trademarks, industrial designs and patents. She has experience advising on other matters including collaboration agreements, assignments and transfers.
