In real estate, she primarily acts for developers as well as purchasers in drafting SPAs, financing documents, and ensuring regulatory compliance for new launches. She also advises on property management and governance, including issues related to common property, infrastructure and management corporations in mixed-use developments.

Ahmad Yani Aminuddin
Partner
Ahmad specialises in banking and finance litigation and have represented various clients including financial institutions on banking and finance matters. He also has experience in commercial litigation and has conducted trials and appeared as Counsel at the higher courts.
On the recovery front, Ahmad represents banks in litigation and enforcement proceedings, working closely with clients to deliver efficient, practical outcomes in both loan structuring and recovery efforts.
