We act primarily for property developers in all aspects of new property launches, including the drafting and negotiation of sale and purchase agreements (SPAs), loan and financing documentation and developer-side compliance.

In addition, we assist with property management matters, advising developers and owners on issues involving common property, infrastructure and mixed-use estates. We also provide legal guidance on the roles and responsibilities of management corporations, including ongoing compliance and governance.
