In real estate, she advises on acquisitions and disposals of property transactions, financing documents, commercial and industrial leases and tenancies. She has acted for prominent property developers, multinational corporations, government-linked entities and foreign investors.
Angie is also highly experienced in debt recovery, regularly representing banks and financial institutions in recovery and enforcement proceedings and is well versed in the conduct of recovery litigation.
